Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with all visitors and potential clients with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Present the concept of our fitness program to interested consumers
- Assist with front desk tasks including answering phones, member interactions, and providing studio tours
- Guide new clients through their first workout and promote membership sales
- Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns professionally
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
