<strong>FinOps Lead (Azure Cloud)</strong><br><br>As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest clients, I am seeking for an<strong> FinOps Lead (Azure Cloud) </strong>for a <strong>Hybrid</strong> position in <strong>Pennsylvania. </strong>The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements of Cloud Financial Management including FinOps strategy, cost optimization, tagging, tooling, visibility and standardization.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Drive adoption to mature the FinOps capability framework throughout the organization</li><li>Chair the FinOps governance body</li><li>Drive improved financial visibility and standardization</li><li>Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives</li><li>Own the chargeback methodology</li><li>Support the design of FinOps dashboards and tooling</li><li>Work closely with the regional FinOps leads on standardization and implementation</li><li>Report out to the senior leadership on the status of FinOps and potential saving opportunities</li><li>Be responsible for integration of FinOps processes, data, and dashboards with the wider tooling landscape</li><li>Act as the Lead for FinOps tools e.g.:</li></ul><br>Business case for inhouse developed dashboards versus 3rd party tooling<br><br>Market-scan to compare 3rd party tools with inhouse dashboards<br><ul><li>Work with Finance department in improve the charge back processes</li><li>Work with the SMCF & Training lead to setup education path (incl. material) for all regions and multiple levels/teams, aiming to:</li></ul><br>Educate DevOps teams on how to use/understand showback dashboards (and their influence on financials)<br><br>Educate senior management on how to utilize high level dashboards<br><br>Educate Global ITLT on dashboard definitions and training/education paths<br><ul><li>Take a leadership role in cloud cost optimization and visibility</li><li>Define and manage FinOps roadmap in line with the Cloud strategy and financial roadmap and procedures</li><li>Responsible for implementation a standard FinOps tooling landscape</li></ul><br><strong>Key Skills:</strong><br><ul><li>Relevant Masters degree.
