Job Summary:


The Pre-Finish Supervisor oversees the Spray Booth operations, ensuring efficient workflow, inventory management, and quality control. They manage production personnel, provide input for performance appraisals, and maintain equipment. Additionally, they monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure safety standards are met.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


The Pre-Finish Supervisor optimizes workflow, ensures order completion, and monitors KPIs to enhance compensation opportunities. They guide, schedule, and supervise departmental employees, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timely completion of tasks.


Duties/Responsibilities:


- Oversee production, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.

- Identify and address production issues promptly.

- Plan work schedules to meet production goals.

- Monitor production processes and adjust equipment as needed.

- Maintain records and prepare management reports.

- Coordinate operations between departments.

- Conduct employee training and evaluate performance.

- Recommend measures to improve production efficiency.

- Perform other assigned duties.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


- Understanding of commercial wood door production.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze situations and improve efficiency.

- Familiarity with production materials, methods, and tools.

- Ability to read and interpret reports and specifications.

- Critical thinking and operations monitoring skills.

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.


Education and Experience:


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum five years of related experience.


Physical Requirements:


- Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical movements.

Compensation:


- $24-$29 per hour
