Financial Analyst

<strong>POSITION: FINANCIAL ANALYST</strong> <br> <br> <strong>LOCATION: BEDFORD HEIGHTS, OH (HYBRID) </strong> <br> <br> <strong>INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE</strong> <br> <br>We are seeking a <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> to join a thriving real estate company located in Bedford Heights, OH. This role supports underwriting, due diligence, and various ad-hoc analyses, working closely with the acquisition, development, and finance teams. The analyst will liaise with stakeholders like title companies, due diligence firms, brokers, banks, and municipalities. Strong financial modeling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and in teams are crucial for this position. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote work.
