M&A/merger and acquisition analysis, projection models
Reviewing & Preparing Financial Statements
Treasury Work
Some Internal Controls work
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
MBA and/or CPA is preferred but not required
1 or more years of public accounting firm experience as an Auditor Level is Highly Preferred
