Job Summary

The Talent Management Specialist is a member of the Global Talent Management & DEI COE and is responsible for supporting the execution of talent practices as well as supporting enterprise-wide Early Talent and talent development programs. The role will primarily focus on the support and advancement of global talent and leadership development tools, processes, and programs to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities Provide professional expertise and support in the delivery of talent strategies that are required to achieve business goals and results in the continued development of talent. Collaborate with the Early Talent Team to support coordination of internship and analyst programs, Super Day, early-ID programming, and on-site and on-campus events. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders globally on logistics for interviews, events, travel arrangements, etc. Support the Early Talent Team in creation and execution of recruiting responsibilities including initiating, posting and distributing job requisitions across job boards, partnerships, etc. Conduct a variety of facilitation across the Talent Management and Early Talent space to achieve organizational outcomes. Illustrate key initiatives, projects, strategies and results effectively through expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and data analytics tools. Coordinate and integrate team initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, and communications. Collaborate with HR and internal technological systems teams to drive and implement efficiency across various team platforms, (ATS, Workday, Intranet, etc.). Maintain a thorough understanding and utilization of the newest methods and techniques in Talent Management and Early Talent. Assist in driving change across the team using expertise in data analytics tools and reporting. Work closely with HR Business Partners and COE teams to deliver programs that support a diverse and inclusive organization. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred 1-3+ years of talent management experience including learning & development Proficient Microsoft Office skills; design and storytelling skills in PowerPoint and expertise in Excel Workday experience a plus Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and influence in a global, cross-functional environment Strong analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills; Must be a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator Financial services experience a plus
