Family Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic healthcare team. Full-time and PRN opportunities are available, and new graduates are welcome to apply. As a Nurse Practitioner at our Urgent Care center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and educate patients, ensuring the highest standard of care and service. Our full-time Providers work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers
- Perform medical assessment, treatment, and management of clinic patients including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and more
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients
- Assure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
- Represent the clinic at internal and external meetings or events
Requirements:
- State License as an APRN
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license
- DOT certification
- BLS certification
