Requirements
Certification/License:
- South Carolina license to practice medicine.
- Current certification by an appropriate American Specialty Board or board eligible and in process to become board certified within 12 months of hire.
- Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine.
- Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model preferred.
- Completion of a qualified residency program or demonstration of a reasonable volume of patient care within the past 12 months.
- Graduate from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree.
- Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine or family practice.
