They also assist in the maintenance of equipment associated with the lagoons such as sprinklers, pumps, and motors.
YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Monitoring lagoons and lagoon levels
- Assisting coordinators in pumping procedures, including paperwork and scheduling
- Setting up pumping equipment, including but not limited to moving pipe, setting up risers, setting up reel rains and motors
- Sampling environmental soil, water and lagoon effluent
- Solids separation and compost operation
- Routine maintenance on company equipment
- Troubleshooting on small motors
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
- Is curious, driven and will question practices
- Has extensive knowledge of sprinklers and troubleshooting of irrigation motors
- Has a working knowledge of tractors, skid steers, and mowers
- Is comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions
