Requirements Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of Illinois under the Illinois Speech Pathology Practice Act.Member or eligible for membership in the ASHA preferred.General knowledge and skill enabling the evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of clients/patients such as neonates, pediatrics, young adults, adults or certification in CPR and other service line-specific competencies. Essential Job Functions Perform client-centered evaluations and establish a Speech Therapy diagnosis and treatment plan.Provide evidenced-based Speech Language Pathology , reporting, and information management functions: evaluate effectiveness, revise the plan, and discharge from services.
