We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $19 to $25 per hour , along with bonus opportunities. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule


Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
