Base hourly starts at $18 hour during the training period for unlicensed applicants. Hourly jumps up to $25 hour after being licensed in Property & Casualty. Hourly rate jumps to $30 after being licensed in Life & Health We will cover materials, and classes to become a fully licensed agent Dental and Health Benefits after probation period.

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage options and explain policy details.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
  • . Follow-Up: Communicate with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in policy analysis and client interactions.
