Engineering Manager

Our pharmaceutical client is currently seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to spearhead, coordinate, and facilitate engineering projects. <br><br>If you have experience in an GMP environment and are ready to make a big impact with a smaller, well-established company, apply here!<br><br>This role will drive the success of the engineering operations by:<br><br><ul><li>Leading and managing the engineering department, including Technical Services and Validation Engineers</li><li>Overseeing, managing, and supporting calibration programs for the facilities, including production equipment, facility equipment (boilers, HVAC systems, Water systems, etc.) and other instruments.</li><li>Generating, updating, and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) checklists, as well as write technical protocols and reports.</li><li>Reporting on performance outputs and project updates and communicate with diverse audiences of internal and external personnel.</li><li>Managing and supporting Change Control, Deviation and Corrective Action/Preventative Actions (CAPA) development, investigations, approval and implementation as assigned to the Engineering department.</li></ul><br><strong> Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field (Master's Degree preferred).</li><li>5+ years of validation and engineering experience</li><li>Experience in FDA and cGMP environments.</li></ul>
