Job Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the principal representative for the administrative and technical management of construction projects. This role supervises activities related to contract administration, document control, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling. The Project Manager also collaborates with the estimating team during the pre-construction phase and works with owners, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability and value engineering issues. - Manage the development of GMP or Lump Sum contracts.
- Prepare subcontract and owner change orders.

- Analyze the financial ability of subcontractors.
- Ensure all contractual requirements of subcontractors/vendors are met before mobilization.
- Manage project assets and review job cost reports weekly and monthly.
- Develop look-ahead schedules.
- Oversee the company's quality control program on the project.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents.
