Emergency Medical Technician
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians to join our team. As an Emergency Medical Technician, you will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including emergency 911 response and community events. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals and public safety personnel, while also leading as a team leader during emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Assess each call situation and determine the best course of action based on protocols
- Utilize paramedic skills within the full scope of the role
- Provide information and assurance to patients and loved ones
- Act as team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State Emergency Medical Technician License
- State Driver's License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS or ITLS certification
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
