FSIP manufacturers and remanufactures electronics for numerous electric vehicle and equipment markets.<br><br>Our Electronic Engineer position is full-time with Monday through Friday with daytime hours. This challenging position requires thorough knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques, as well as CAD. This position directly reports to the Engineering Manager. As part of the FSIP team, you will also be eligible to benefit from our company activities to include: lunches to celebrate sales achievements and holidays, employee & family picnics, service awards, employee raffles, golf outings, along with numerous opportunities to volunteer for charitable events.<br><br>We invite you to join our team!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Reading/drawing schematics and electrical diagrams</li><li>Analyzing/composing CAD drawings</li><li>Reverse engineering motor controls at the component level</li><li>Developing bill of materials</li><li>Researching parts and/or components</li><li>Building test sets</li><li>Writing procedures</li><li>Training/supporting repair technicians</li></ul><br><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in EE or EET or an AAS (AAS must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electronics Engineering Field).</li><li>Must be proficient in reading and understanding schematics</li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.</li><li>Computer skills to include Microsoft Office</li><li>Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Team oriented and possess a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve departmental and company objectives</li><li>Strong sense of initiative, and a self-starter</li><li>Proficient attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift, push and/or pull objects that are less than 50 pounds with or without accommodation</li></ul>
