Position Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to business development efforts for the appropriate team members within a specified region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and format agreements, proposals, and process agreements
  • Prospect to identify new accounts and contacts using online tools, directories, and publications
  • Contribute to corporate aligned group projects within the department
  • Assist with service lead management by entering leads and assigning tasks in CRM
  • Manage and continually maintain CRM to ensure data integrity
  • Input and maintain opportunity sales funnels for Client Account Managers and regional service line Business Development leaders
  • Assist with pre- and post-regional event, webinar, and roundtable activities as requested by appropriate team members
  • Create and run customized and standard reports
  • Assist marketing in email campaigns by providing targeted data, training feedback, and distributing results to appropriate business development team members
  • Enter meeting call notes provided by team members into CRM
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Special projects as needed or requested by Business Development team leaders
  • Support research analysts as needed with research packet components
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 3+ years' administrative experience, preferably supporting outside sales working with large corporate accounts
  • Prior experience working with a contact/client resource management database preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
