Your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plansProviding direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settingsTraining and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plansCollaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to careMaintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisionsParticipating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunitiesSettings:Hybrid options availableIn-home and community settingsFull and Part-time roles availableCompensation:$80,000-$100,000 Depending on experience and bonus structure.
