Job Description The Position The Co-Op assignment will support our Global Packaging Technology Department. This group serves as our Company’s central packaging Center of Excellence with global responsibility for packaging related activities. The position is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA (a suburb of Philadelphia). It is a full-time paid Co-Op position, working 38.75 hours per week in the Winter/Spring 2026 (Jan to June 2026). The candidate selected will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of areas within pharmaceutical packaging. Responsibilities Primary and secondary packaging development and testing for solid oral dose, sterile and medical device products. Distribution packaging development and testing. Thermal packaging development and testing. Packaging related documentation and regulations. These activities will provide the Co-Op with exposure to other departments, cross-functional teams, suppliers, etc. Required Education, Experience and Skills Currently pursuing degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to university following this internship assignment to complete credit requirements for graduation. Strong project management, problem solving, organizational, technical writing and communication skills.
