We are currently seeking Driver Managers for all shifts and days of the week, including night operations.If you are looking for a company with growth potential and a role with significant responsibilities, apply today!Job Duties:Driver Managers are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, and management to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; dispatching and routing drivers on loads, managing loads from assignment to delivery, managing any problems that arise (e.g. late deliveries, unexpected fees/claims, equipment breakdown, driver problems, etc.), ensuring drivers abide by federal/state laws, answering phone lines, recommending strategies to generate resources and increase productivity.Qualifications:Fleet Dispatch /Fleet Management: 1 year (Preferred)Knowledge of DOT AND FMCSR regulationsProficient in Hours of ServiceExcellent Computer SkillsKnowledge of Windows operationsGreat time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMaintenance and equipment knowledgeAttention to detailGreat communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per yearSupplemental Pay:Bonus OpportunitiesBenefits:401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekends as needed
