Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday Duties Assist with the implementation and verification to standard operating procedures, validating functional practices meet current documented controls Create and execute auditing schedule for existing work instructions Make recommendations based on continual gap analysis of procedural controls and work with appropriate areas to close identified gaps Generating tactical change order process for all aspects of Warehouse Operations Reporting appropriate metrics and key performance indicators related to Warehouse Operations including Distribution, Logistics, Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling, Cycle Counting, Related Quality, Safety, and others as assigned Completing "On the Shop Floor" certification and recertifications per documented requirements Manage Training and Certification portfolios for all related staff Identify waste within practices using TIMWOOD and Six-Sigma methodologies Assist in root cause analysis for problem reconciliation and involve all stakeholders in process. required-skills: Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree or greater preferred 2 years related essential duties experience preferred Experience using Microsoft office suite, MRP, and other automation software and programs.
