The successful candidates will accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Inbound Calls:

Answer questions the customer might have and schedule appointments for a salesperson or technician

Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren't interested in our services; take appropriate next steps

Follow communication "scripts" Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers Keep records of all conversations in our database Meet personal and team targets Skills:

Previous experience in a customer support role Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
