<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br><br>1. Strategic Leadership:<br><ul><li>Develop and implement a data and enterprise application strategy that aligns with CEEUS's business objectives.</li><li>Lead CEEUS in enhancing data literacy across the organization, empowering all employees to become effective stewards and users of our valuable data assets.</li><li>Foster a data-informed culture by promoting the use of data analytics and insights in decision-making processes across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Travel to industry conferences and actively network within those communities to track the latest trends and shape a vision to ensure CEEUS remains at the forefront of data, analytics, and enterprise application advancements.</li></ul><br>2. Team Management:<br><ul><li>Build, lead, and manage the team responsible for Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Business Applications.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.</li><li>Oversee the professional development and performance of team members.</li></ul><br>3. Data Governance and MDM:<br><ul><li>Initiate and develop a Data Governance program and support a cross-functional team that sets and maintains data standards.</li><li>Oversee data stewardship, quality, and life-cycle management initiatives.</li><li>Support the risk management committee and collaborate with representatives from various departments to identify and mitigate data risks.</li><li>Develop clear master data definitions. Ensure the accurate and consistent management of master data across the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage master data management tools and processes.</li></ul><br>4. Data Warehousing and Data Analytics:<br><ul><li>Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions.</li><li>Ensure efficient data integration and storage practices.</li><li>Lead the development and deployment of business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, analytics, and reports.</li></ul><br>5. Enterprise Application Management:<br><ul><li>Oversee the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and integration of enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, and M365.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems and processes.</li></ul><br>6. Collaboration and Communication:<br><ul><li>Work closely with other departments to understand their business needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Business Technology and the Director of Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement to ensure cohesive data and application integration across the organization.</li></ul><br>7. Vendor and Budget Management:<br><ul><li>Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.</li><li>Oversee the data and application budget, ensuring cost-effective investments</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Technical Degree</li><li>8+ years' experience in data management, data architecture, data governance, and enterprise applications</li><li>Strong knowledge of data architecture and governance practices</li><li>Team leadership and management experience</li></ul>
