Position:

Plumbing Manager

The Plumbing Manager works with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and drive profit through managing a team of field technicians.

This person also coordinates between dispatchers and customer service representatives while monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Coach, motivate, and continue training for plumbing and drain teams Understand Sales Criteria and how to cross-sell leads to HVAC and Electrical departments to drive results Review invoices, jobs, timecards, and pay incentives to balance gross profit Serve as an expert to address customer concerns and back up for field technicians as needed Develop plumbing teams, conduct meetings, and mentor technicians for career growth through training Oversee daily operation to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place Offer high standard customer service to resolve escalated issues by developing relationships Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and scheduling 1:1’s

Requirements:

3-5 years Management experience REQUIRED with residential home services company Possess ability to inspire personal and professional growth in team Highly organized with exceptional follow through capability to drive performance and goals Exceptional communication and social acumen that displays a leader to company Service Titan experience is preferred 3710 E University Dr Suite 1 Phoenix, AZ 85034
