Position Title: Die Cutter Pressman Lead
Wage: $25.75 - $27.75/hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Hours: 8:15am - 6:15pm or 3:00pm - 1:00am (Tuesday - Friday)

Die Cutter Pressman Lead Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicating and collaborating with other departments to plan and produce incoming jobs; ensuring smooth and efficient production flow
- Following detailed instructions on work tickets when receiving an order in die-cutting
- Ensuring proper sheet alignment prior to starting process
- Setting up die in presses and running sheets to ensure accurate creases/cuts for final products
- Conducting quality inspections on each load for accuracy
- Providing final approval for printing department to run new job; confirming layout will conform to the produced die
- Completing proper paperwork for finished loads; ensuring completion before starting new load
- Mentoring and guiding feeder operator; assigning tasks
- Communicating with pre-make department so any concerns can be resolved before die sets
- Operating PIV's
Requirements for Die Cutter Pressman Lead:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior knowledge of die cutting procedures
- Basic math skills
- Able to work with computers/software systems
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
