• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Will work with service now ticketing system, support Lenovo Laptops, and a mix of Network printers. Will be expected to document work. Will provide Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc. Good trouble shooting skills both HW and software. Level II IMAC - Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown). Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket. Must be able to follow documented instructions.
• What is the TOP required skills that candidates must have? Customer focused, attention to detail and good communication skills (verbal and written); Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call? ): M-F 8a-5p, 1 hr lunch, no OC, no OT
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least 2 years
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ CERTIFIED or willing to obtain within 60 days after conversion to Compucom, training and vouchers available after conversion.
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23-$24
