<strong>Title</strong>: Desktop Support Analyst<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT<br><br><strong>Duration</strong>: 3-6+ month contract<br><br><strong>Experience</strong><br><br>Providing Desktop (Windows 11) and windows application support for front office and back-office users including hardware support.<br><br>Providing front line technical support on the dealing floor for trading applications, liaising, or escalating issues where relevant to specialist development teams.<br><br>Management of local Active Directory to implement local access policies, manage user accounts and permissions and ensure data security<br><br>Drive and maintain a strong risk culture with a relentless focus on initiatives to strengthen the control environment<br><br><strong>The following skills are considered valuable to the success of this role:</strong><br><br>Previous experience in Desktop Support role(s) essential, Dealing Floor Support experience<br><br><strong>Technical Skills</strong><br><br>Must have 3 years of experience in a Financial Services organization<br><br>White Glove Service<br><br>Desktop Support experience<br><br>Windows 11 support, O365<br><br>MobileIron<br><br>MS Intune<br><br>Onboarding/offboarding<br><br>Active Directory administration<br><br>Experience with Bloomberg
