Purpose of Role

As Lead, Digital GTM & Technology Innovation for Product Applications you will drive the strategy and delivery of the Digital Product Experience (spanning materials, design, development, visual merchandising, virtual selling) from a systems perspective under the Product Applications team at Under Armour.

Partner with key stakeholders on both the IT and functional sides of the business to own the roadmap and delivery of the GTM systems, the systems that consume those assets and the future tools to leverage, such as AI. This role is responsible for seeing the bigger picture to make sure the decisions for our systems align with long term goal within other product applications.

Your Impact

Maintaining and Driving the Budget

Process alignment to ensure Global IT best practices to deliver solutions on-time, in budget.

Working cross-functionally in Under Armour to determine the best sustainable approach to system enhancements and teammate needs.

Allocating resources and setting priorities for our vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role

Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations role

Minimum 5 years of experience with vendor management

Minimum 5 years of experience with IT project management

Experience in supporting Product Development Applications preferred

This role requires deep understanding of Go-to-market processes, including the use of MDM & PLM solutions.

Project Management experience would be acceptable in lieu of some of the IT requirements.

Base Compensation

$117,391.00 - $161,412.90 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
