Overview

Responsible for building data reporting and analysis to enable the home visiting programs to make data-driven business and clinical decisions related to quality and implementation of the three nationally recognized home visiting models: Nurse Family Partnership, Healthy Families and Parents as Teachers.

Responsibilities
  • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  • Explores and analyzes internal and external data sources related to specific model for fidelity and quality purposes.
  • Communicates analysis to internal and external stakeholders such as NJDCF, CFHI leadership, Central Intake, Community Advisory Boards in quantitative and graphical formats under supervision of the Home Visiting Manager
  • Works collaboratively with partner agencies under direction of Program Supervisor and Program Manager
  • Collaborates with VP CFHI, CFHI Public Health Data Coordinator, and HV Manager to report trends, quality measures, and quality improvement efforts
  • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field preferred; experience in HV is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred, not required
  • Experience in outreach programs and coordinating community programs with multi sector groups
  • Experience working with children, families and residents at the local level and knowledge of local resources
  • Experience with Community Needs Assessment, Data collection and maintenance
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Working Conditions/Physical Demand : Business Office Environment with heavy phone and computer use
