Description
Oversee all data collection, analysis, and reports for all project activities associated with the PFS Grant. Ensure that the project meets reporting requirements by working closely with the Adult Prevention Director and Recovery Coordinator.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required and 1-5 years' experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Working knowledge of data collection software, preferably SPSS. Two years of experience using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Must be able to learn new software quickly and become proficient in its use. Must be technology and data-driven with the ability to explain data to supervisors and partners. Ability to problem solve, analyze data, and explain results to others. Preferred skills in putting data into reports and the ability to present information to individuals and groups.
Other requirements:
Sedentary Work: Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Jobs may be defined as Sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other Sedentary criteria are met.
The minimum requirements of this position require this individual to:
• Hear alarms/telephone/normal speaking voice
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard
• Have clarity of vision with/without corrective lenses
This position is considered Safety Sensitive under applicable Arkansas laws pertaining to the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. This position includes as part of the job duties performing life-threatening procedures and regularly working with controlled substances, foods, medicine and highly sensitive and confidential medical information. This position is one in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death. For the safety of the employee and others, the employee must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and concentrate for long periods of time while performing life-threatening procedures and working with controlled substances, foods, medicine and confidential medical information.

  • Must provide and use personal transportation for occasional travel

  • Have and maintain clean motor vehicle report
  • Availability to work as scheduled during normal hours of operation 40 hours a week.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule if there is a need to work overtime, after hours, or weekends.

Position funded in whole by external grant and subject to termination if grant funding ceases.

Duties:
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the Prevention Director and Recovery Coordinator to design tracking mechanisms and analytics needed.
  • Develop tracking systems with the Prevention Director and Recovery Coordinator to ensure compliance with grant requirements. Data tracking includes using spreadsheets, notes, forms, sign-in sheets, and other documentation methods to gather, compile, and save data.
  • Responsible for all of the project's (grant) data collection that affects performance measurements, reviews, audits, monitoring of data, and completing reports.
  • Ensure that proper data collection protocols are being followed and administered by grant employees, partners, and volunteers. Provide forms, instructions, and guidance/training to others as needed.
  • Responsible for gathering and inputting data from all activities and events into the data software system for diagnostic analysis and reporting.
  • Develop a Needs Assessment collaboratively with the Prevention Director and analyze the results. Responsible for all forms, including consent forms.
  • Responsible for ensuring data storage, data protection, and access permissions for staff to meet or exceed those necessary for grant oversight.
  • Attend grant meetings and provide updates on data collection findings. Provide visual presentations so data can be interpreted by partners and others easily.
  • Submit monthly data reports to the Prevention Director for SHARE Foundation Board of Director meetings.
  • Maintain contact with partners to ensure they are providing data per agreements. Notify the Prevention Director when a partner is noncompliant in providing data at their location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
