About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic technical expertise and leadership in the advancement of its information systems technology and infrastructure. The CTO will be a senior advisor to the company's leadership, guiding the strategic direction of technology and modernization efforts. This includes researching and advising on long-range technology goals, leading the assessment of information management and technology trends, and promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise architecture. The role also involves leading technical staff in various projects, providing expert analysis for technical solutions, and representing the company in technical matters with key officials and industry representatives.Candidates for the CTO position must meet specific minimum and mandatory technical qualifications. These include experience at a senior level in leading the implementation of technological innovations, providing expert advice on technology adoption, and coordinating department-wide IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation, be adept at presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and have a proven track record in the successful integration of complex technical solutions. U.S. citizenship is required, and the candidate must be able to pass a background investigation and, if selected, obtain a Secret security clearance.
