Randstad is working with a client in the Waukegan, IL area on a contract 6 month potential temp to hire Customer Service opportunity. The ideal candidate will come from a Healthcare, Insurance, banking or labratory background. This role requires an associates degree or above to be considered. salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
3+ years of work experience in customer service, data entry, document control. Bachelor degree preferred but Associates is required.
Industries: candidates with backgrounds in controlled and regulated environments such as Healthcare, insurance, banking and or laboratory experience are highly preferred
The position is set up in training phases with the 4th stage being the full scope of the role which includes 1-4:
1-First step/ phase will start out doing mainly Data Entry
2- Device Tracking
3- Customer service (engaging with customers and providers) maintaining and updating customer/ providers records
4- Device and Drug complaints
Must Have: Customer service, data entry, associates degree
Skills: speaks well, team player, conflict resolution, attention to detail, multitasking
Nice to have: Outlook, excel, basic computer knowledge
