Job Summary:<br><br>The Driver Coordinator will interact with company drivers addressing inquiries and resolving issues, providing a higher level of support.<br><br><strong>Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Monday - Friday</strong><br><br>Supervisory Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>None</li></ul><br>Duties/Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Interacts with drivers via telephone, email, online chat, to provide support and information on an all concern/issues once dispatched for delivery.</li><li>Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve drivers and concerns.</li><li>Maintains detailed documentation on all interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.</li><li>Uses knowledge of a specific issues, service needs, or other areas of expertise to answer inquiries to forward to the appropriate staff.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>Required Skills/Abilities:<br><ul><li>Excellent communication skills including active listening.</li><li>Service-oriented and able to resolve driver issues.</li><li>Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.</li></ul><br>Education and Experience:<br><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Customer service experience required.</li></ul><br>Physical Requirements:<br><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li></ul>
