Customer Service Specialist

*Work Environment* Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. This is an in-office position located in a very nice, new office.
*Job Description* Your responsibilities will include accurate and detail-oriented order entry, resolving customer needs and providing timely answers to their questions, managing your time effectively, and delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will handle live chat and shared email inbox duties in a fast-paced environment.
* Will be responding to emails, calls, and live chats from customers.
* Handled accurate and detailed order entry.
* Resolve any issues and follow up in a timely manner.
*Qualifications:*
* Customer Service (2+ years within an office)
* Order entry
* Shipment tracking
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* High School Diploma or GED minimum
