Department Overview Global Configuration Management: The team's mission within CMSO is to standardize data delivery (deliver single source of truth), optimize the data footprint and integrations between multiple data sources, and expand the content and enrichment of data across CMSO. Job Description

The Data Specialist works closely with the Configuration Operations Lead and CMSO Teams to configure CI, CMDB and Fault Management Data for our Customers and will also automate the Event & Asset management related tasks.

Key Characteristics and abilities for this role Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate Data Management across multiple data sources and destinations which are used to support essential and monitored customers Identify opportunities for script/process improvements for day-to-day activities Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Competencies

Experience with MS SQL Server - Data Maintenance via scripts - Required Experience with MS SQL Server - Stored Procedure - Required Experience with MySQL - Data Maintenance via scripts - Required Experience with Data Analysis Over Data Sets from multiple sources - Required Experience with API - Required Experience with Python - Required Basic Requirements
