Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Appraisal and Acquisition:
  • Skillfully assess the condition of used vehicles both on-site and through online channels.
  • Determine fair market values using industry-standard pricing tools (e.g., Kelley Blue Book, NADA, Manheim Market Report) and internal data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify vehicles that align with current customer demand.
  • Record and distribute high-quality walk-around videos of vehicles to provide customers with detailed insights and enhance their buying experience.

Inventory Management and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle acquisitions, prices, and reconditioning expenses.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for our sales and service teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.

Lead Generation and Customer Relations:
  • Proactively source used vehicles through online market places, trade-ins, and customer outreach.
  • Build positive relationships with potential sellers, showcasing the dealership's commitment to fair and transparent transactions.
  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
