Job Description

Here’s how you will contribute:

  • Taking ownership of customer requests (via emails, chat, phone, or in-person) including all related activities to support the customer.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships to work effectively with others on our team.
  • Providing a quality customer experience by effectively and thoroughly educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits.
  • Oversee the processing of customers’ orders and ensure completeness of specifications, prices, location, and other relevant information are documented accurately and timely.

There are many times when you will be expected to investigate customer issues independently, so the right candidate will be confident in troubleshooting or researching an issue and must demonstrate good judgment.
