Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who have questions about account balances, card activation, application status, Treasury guidelines and regulations, and internal procedures. You will also work to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. If you are a professional and customer-focused individual with a strong personality and work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer's problems, 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties.
- An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED
- Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
