Customer Service Representative

Support Operational Marketing Team, and service individual client accounts as assigned.

Work directly with assigned accounts from initial contact; follow up to completion of orders.
Partner with OME and team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Work with various internal departments confirming proper communication, time mgt, documentation, product scheduling, troubleshoot & finalize orders.
Responsible for daily report updates for coordination with various depts.
Create in the SAP system a Customer Order and follow the order to completion.
Create master item list for all new projects.
Forward information to the Planning Dept. for entry into the SAP system.
Send product samples to the customer as order is being processed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities, superb customer service maintenance skills, time management abilities, strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal communication with internal departments and external customers, high performance team experience, strong team player, commitment to company values and goal, computer proficiency.
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
