Competitive base salary ($18-$25 / hour DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess or have the ability to obtain insurance license for Property, Casualty, Life & Health.
People-oriented
Dedicated to customer service
Proactive in problem-solving
Excellent communication skills listening, verbal, written
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
