Customer Service Representative Lead - Fayetteville/Springdale

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative Lead position in Fayetteville & Springdale school-based departments. The CSR lead demonstrates advanced knowledge of internal concepts and practices, including the integrated care model with specialization working with complex assignments. The CSR lead is able to assume responsibility for achievement of team goals, providing implementation, instruction and support in order to reach them. The CSR lead typically works independently on complex work assignments, reviews progress made on weekly team tasks, evaluates results and updates CSR Supervisor as appropriate.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).

Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Preferred experience:

  • One year of experience in a medical office is preferred
