The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards our patients, clients, and enjoy being part of a serious but fun team. A positive and motivating attitude is a must. This candidate would be confident and professional in greeting clients and patients, answering phones, processing payments, scheduling appointments and performing multiple tasks with accuracy and empathy. Requirements:
- Preferred : 1+ years of prior veterinary experience or 1+ years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare field
- Positive team player willing to continue to learn
- Must be able to work different shifts, weekdays and some Saturdays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
