Customer Service Representative at Dog Boarding Facility

Job Description Job Description We are seeking permanent part-time and full-time Customer Service Specialists at our luxury dog facility. Candidates must have a love for working with people and dogs, and must be able to conduct themselves with poise under pressure. Solid multitasking, attention to detail, phone and computer skills are a must. Much of the job entails answering questions and taking reservations; in person, over the phone, by email, or via text.

A fun, energetic, hard-working attitude is required to excel in this position. We work hard and have a lot of fun in the process. The candidate must be okay with some physical duties, such as fast walking (to retrieve dogs), guiding dogs of all sizes on leash, daily cleaning tasks, etc. Basic computer skills required. Applicants need to be at least 18 years old.

Shift times:
Mon-Fri 6:00 am-12:15 pm and 1:45-7 pm
Sat 7:30-11:30 am and 3:30-7 pm
Sun 2:30-7 pm
This position requires weekend availability . 
Full-time staff work every other weekend. 
Part-time staff need to be available to work every weekend, but may not be scheduled for all three shift times each weekend.
Employees must also be able to work around holidays, as we are a 365 day/year business.

Starting wage is $14.25/hr.
At 3 months of employment, you will begin to receive tips from the tip pool through your paycheck, and will be eligible for a performance based raise. With tips included, pay can be between between $15.25-$16.70/hr total.
