JOB SUMMARY
Signarama is looking for an organized, detail oriented individual to handle purchasing and permit filings. Duties include filing sign permits, researching prices and materials and ordering office supplies and materials.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Filing sign permits research, compile required documents, fill out applications, and obtain signatures as submit to the town as required.
2. Research pricing on materials, parts, products, and office supplies. Place orders daily, create purchase orders and match purchase orders and delivery receipts with vendor invoices.
3. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: scanning, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
4. Answer phones.
5. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
6. Run errands such as picking up lunch and coffee as well as local pickups and deliveries.
7. Support staff in assigned project based work.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned.
Serve as backup to Graphic Designer

- Must have reliable transportation (with a valid Class E driver's license preferred)
- Must be personable
- Must be organized
- Must have a professional presence with strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be highly accurate and detail-oriented, proactive and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks
- Must be team oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment
- Strong computer skills; proficient knowledge of MS Office programs, and Adobe Suite (2+ years of Illustrator experience is a plus)
- Experience working with vendors preferred
- Excellent references required
