NW Employment is partnered with a local regional distributor of high-quality abrasive blasting media, specialty ceramics, and abrasive finishing equipment company in Canby, OR and we are looking for a Customer Service Rep. to join our team!

Schedule- Mon-Fri- 8am-5pm

Pay-$20/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

Skills:

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
