As a customer service associate you will be responsible for handling shipping and packaging needs. This includes typing and printing shipping labels, properly packaging items, and handling POS transactions. Also, learning printing, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed. Other duties include mail and package sorting. All these responsibilities will be a part of training. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour but is reviewed at least twice annually. We have a track record of long-term employees so we try to make the work environment as pleasant as possible. We need dependable, hardworking, and detail oriented people.

 

Qualifications:

-Undergraduate or graduate student working towards a degree.

-Reliable and on time.

-Trustworthy and hardworking.

-Works well with others.

-Customer service background is not required but preferred.

 

Work shifts that are available:

Most shifts are available-we especially need help on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and some Saturdays.
