Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator is a liaison between The 1916 Company and the client post the sale of a watch. You will support traders in their relationships with customers and make sure all repairs are sent out and all updates are effectively communicated with the necessary parties.

Objectives

The objective of the Customer Service Administrator is to be our Company's primary point of contact for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be crucial in building lasting relationships with repair centers, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM systems to build work orders and bill clients
  • Post estimates from factories for approval
  • Photograph client watches for our records
  • Address repair issues internally and with Service Centers
  • Managing timelines according to factory ETA's
  • Answering customer's calls and emails
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Coordinate shipping to clients and repair centers

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Consistent track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent phone communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and communication styles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
