Financial Reporting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s finance functions and performance. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $126,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic input and leadership on issues affecting the organization in Operations and Finance.

Work with the President, CEO, and Executive Team on long-term financial strategy and planning.

Manage department budgets and provide sound advice.

Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.

Work with the Director of HR to manage the financial impact of employee benefits.

Identify best practices and improve internal standard operating procedures.

Manage the Systems Department, ensuring adequate resources.

Work closely with the Director of Systems to ensure systems integration and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger accounting.

Prior experience with financial statement preparation.

Strong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Ability to lead, train, and manage team members.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge.
