Administers automatic injections according to injection protocols.Assists with performing all department functions; clerical through technical, as needed.Attends staff meetings and in-service programs. Takes responsibility for ongoing continuing education.Instructs and trains ancillary personnel as necessary and assists with cross training of other x-ray personnel.Maintains and meets expectations on time for all competencies, license, certifications and education requirements as outlined by local administration, Adventist Health (AH), The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and all other regulatory agencies.Maintains and troubleshoots automatic processor.Maintains patient flow and coordination of other imaging procedures. Maintains records. Shows working knowledge of patient orders, status changes, patient charges and profiles.Maintains quality control for designated area and participates in hospital-wide quality assurance program.Operates imaging equipment to produce CT examination of designated areas of the body.
