Overview
Our Credit Processing Team represents the Benjamin Moore brand by providing excellent customer service while developing relationships with customers. Candidate will process credits/debits to resolve damages, shortages, miscellaneous fees, programs, pricing issues and other requests as necessary. Candidate will also ensure credits are issued with all the required documentation, ensuring compliance with our credit matrix approval process as well as working with the Risk team on internal audits.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Accurately process credits/debits requested via phone, email, or other electronic workflow
  • Provide information to customers regarding credits & debits
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to manage inquiries and complaints and to either resolve or properly escalate customer issues
  • Provide follow up as needed on customer inquiries to ensure resolution satisfies customers and meets all internal expectations
  • Communicate with logistics personnel to coordinate return delivery requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service over the phone and in writing
  • Navigate systems and utilize resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries
  • Provide flexible assistance through cross-training and support to meet and exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and service level goals
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Assist in preparation of training materials and Job Aids
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimal travel on as needed basis
Qualifications
  • 1+ -years customer contact center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written)
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented; self-starter
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, and MS Office Suite required
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
